Purchasing & Returns

Please review all photographs, descriptions, dimensions and details carefully before purchasing and contact Salt Washed Studio with any questions prior to placing your order.

All sales are final and Salt Washed Studio does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, except where required by applicable law or where an item is faulty or arrives damaged.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Salt Washed Studio as soon as possible and include photographs of the artwork, packaging and any visible damage so that we can assist with the shipping insurance claim.

Color & Appearance

Every effort is made to photograph and represent artwork as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Due to the handmade nature of original artwork, small variations and imperfections may be present and are considered part of the character of the piece.

Original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped using tracked and insured services.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of Salt Washed Studio's control, including customs processing.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
